A three year contract role has become available for End to end coordination of the NSF Skills program ensuring employee engagement, retention and fulfilment during the course of the program.
**Responsibilities**
- To effectively implement and Coordinate the NSF skills programmse at plant level
- To facilitate training, inductions and resolutions that support retention and successful implementation of the NSF skills programmes at Plant level
- To provide support, supervision to line managers and learners at Plant level
- To Evaluation, monitor and track progress of learners in line with the implementation plan
- To accurately maintain a weekly database to ensure that all recruited employees are timeously captured into the relevant systems
- Ensure that all reports are consistently updated and submit as per agreed timelines
- Maintain General correspondence and admin completed timeously
**Requirements**:
- A Degree Essential
- At least 3years functional experience in Skills Development (Essential)
- Working understanding of Skills development and Learnerships
- Facilitation experience required
