Key Accounts Manager

**Main job purpose**
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders and customers of the Business. Drive and manage sales and profitability of key accounts and ensure growth of market share.
**Main Objective**
- Ensure the development and implementation of clear client specific strategies for key business accounts to achieve growth and achieve market share targets.
- Drive growth through cross divisional sharing of opportunities and collaborative solutioning.
- Conduct a SWAT analysis of key customers, monitor client requirements and identify opportunities to sell innovative products into the portfolio.
- To ensure plans to counter the activities of competitors in the market and protect market share.
- Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, across all levels so as to promote continuity and ensure business growth.
- Track and report on KPI success measures by collecting, analyzing and interpreting summarized data and trends
**Critical job requirements**
**Qualification(s)**
- Grade 12
**Knowledge**
- Knowledge of the insurance and/or fleet environment or associated industries. (i.e tracker)
- Knowledge of automotive industry products and services.
- Knowledge of KAM and Sales Management principles.
**Skills**
- Computer literate (excel)
- Analytical skills. (Numeracy)
- Selling skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Time-management skills.
- Relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication skills. (written and verbal) Presentation skills.

**Experience**
