Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Associate to join our dynamic team at People Dimension. As a Key Accounts Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients, handling their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.
- Account Growth: Identify opportunities to grow accounts and work closely with the sales team to implement strategies for expansion.
- Sales Support: Assist with sales activities by understanding client needs and offering appropriate solutions or products.
- Reporting: Monitor account performance, track growth, and provide regular reports to management.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of R 12 000 - R 15 000 CTC pm and the opportunity to grow into a sales position within 6 months.
