**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric
- Degree in Human Resources or related field (Masters degree highly advantageous)
- 12-18 months experience
- Analytics, MS Office (Excel in particular)
- Compensation & benefits experience
- Strong communication & organizational skills
**DUTIES**
- Providing effective administration support to HR team
- Assist with training logistics & registers
- Assist with annual update of employee information
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of the Human Resources files and records
- Quality to checks on employee details
- Assist with payroll processing and staff benefits
- Provide assistance in HR compliance & audit activities
- Assist in Annual budget and monitoring
- Assist in 3rd party management
- Assist in other HR related activities allocated by the Manager
- Administrative support (tracking of contracts/invoices from agencies, and annual check of social/tax contributions)
- Consolidation of employees data - type contracts, terms, benefits, visa
- HR reporting (accruals, HR files, recruitment, mobility, etc.)
- Trainings data reporting (incl. costs)
- Collection of monthly data on inflation
- Coordinate HR communication
