Sales and Account Manager

**NATIONAL SALES & ACCOUNT MANAGER - Western Cape base**
- We are recruiting a manager to oversee sales and client relationships, including new business development - focused on the Food Industry, business support services and new product implementation. _
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and develop potential clients. Setup meetings and handle sales presentations.
- Create sales forecasting and manage
- Provide technical support and in some instances take the lead in client presentations and meetings
- Provide training and product knowledge to the clients (fogging instructions, hand wash techniques, clean as you go, daily cleaning, deep clean processes). Submit training certificates for client employees that attended
- Manage business services including updating hygiene folder content on client side (TDS, SDS, Labels, Cleaning Schedules, Titration schedules, Training records)
- Conduct technical site visits and liaise with clients and potential customers senior technical representatives
- Assist with creating or changing client cleaning schedules and instruction sheets (mostly new client implementation)
- Assist the Microbiology team with implement and managing Listeria action plan at clients when necessary
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience of working in hygiene, chemicals production environment and/or food quality management
- at least 5 years’ experience of working in a client facing role, with general management ambitions
- Computer literate and skilled in written communications
- Experience in Root-Cause Analysis. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Planning, implementation, project management skills
- Strong and Effective interpersonal management skills.
- Communicative, good relationship builder, team player
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
**Salary**: R360,000.00 per year
