About the Job

The Internal Sales Account Manager role is crucial in achieving sales targets and is accountable for pursuing and closing qualified leads identified by the Client Management team and other relevant departments. This position involves leveraging existing accounts to identify new opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, value propositions, partner configurations, cost structures, and revenue models that meet the client's requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage technology domain expertise to facilitate sales closure.
  • Handle conceptual technology hurdles in the sales process.
  • Maintain a high level of relevant knowledge about products and services.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape, market pricing, and strategy to penetrate new markets.
  • Provide exceptional service and outcomes for partners and clients.
  • Consistently communicate value propositions across all sales stages.
  • Negotiate deals with various stakeholders to meet sales objectives and quotas.
  • Create clear account plans for targeted clients.
  • Anticipate, identify, and manage upcoming opportunities in the medium and long term.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure scope of work and proposals are tracked and managed.
  • Utilize sales methodologies and tools to drive the sales process.
  • Develop opportunity plans for regular check-ins with primary contacts.
  • Ensure revenue targets are met through product sales within agreed-upon timelines and financial goals.
  • Analyze profitability of products and determine prices of existing and new investment strategies aligned with projected value, competitor offerings, and market trends.
  • Accommodate territory sales plans and execute the sales strategy, creating a distinct approach to satisfy sales targets.
  • Collaborate with product vendors to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Work closely with technology vendors to align with company goals and objectives.
  • Understand vendor solutions and their benefits for partners and clients.
  • Collaborate with Partner engineers, technical architects, solution architects, and consultants to ensure final products meet client requirements.
  • Enhance client/partner interactions with strong product and service knowledge.
