HR Administrator â Uitenhage

- At least 3-5 years of experience in the HR field.
- Previous experience with handling disciplinary matters and Employment Equity Plan creations / submissions.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
- Staff queries and information-liaison with company's Provident Fund, Payroll, Medical Providers.
- Overall point of contact for staff queries.
- Recruitment support for key positions - write up job descriptions, screen candidates, etc.
- Run and support for disciplinary procedures with each division head and senior management (and liaison with legal advisors and external HR consultants if applicable).
- Support for compliance with Employment Equity Plan and other HR related tasks (BEE documentation, SDL Levy claims, etc.).
- Staff training (plan adequate courses with each Team Manager and allocate/schedule courses for the respective team members).
- New staff inception-process support (work contracts, payroll setup, Medical Aid transitions, Provident Fund Setup, etc.).
- Handle Department of Labour inspections or other compliance/documentation requests (when applicable).
- Support with ISO 9001 related updates and document creation.
