The Head of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team within an organization. The job scope of a Head of Sales involves various responsibilities related to driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. **Requirements**:

- 5-8 years’ experience, market & production knowledge (Backup Power, Energy)
- Previous experience within the rental space
- New Business Development
- Must be very hands on approach

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Revenue Generation**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for the sale of uninterrupted power supply (UPS) systems and energy-related products/services.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Address client needs and concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction in the delivery of UPS solutions and energy services.

**Sales Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
- Set sales targets and provide guidance to the team in achieving them.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to refine sales strategies and adapt to changes in the uninterrupted power supply and energy sectors.

**Hands-On Approach**:

- Lead by example and adopt a hands-on approach to sales activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts, provide guidance, and assist in closing key deals.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the organization's uninterrupted power supply products and energy solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the products/services to clients.

**Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to the market.

**Budget Management**:

- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources to achieve sales objectives.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
- Conduct analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization in sales strategies.
