Corporate Sales Executive: New Business Development

As we continue to expand our reach and impact, we are seeking a young, ambitious Sales Hunter to join our team and drive our growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Prospect and cold call potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients' needs
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, win/loss ratios, and revenue forecasts
- Minimum requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role, with a minimum of 3 years of new business development experience
- Strong prospecting and cold calling skills, with the ability to open doors and close deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving growth
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools
- Own reliable vehicle and valid drivers licence
- South African ID
