Position Title: Project Manager

Location: Cape Town

Reporting To: General Manager

Direct Reports: Global BPO Coordinator in Europe

**Purpose of the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective BPO clients to enhance customer relations.

Design and implement solutions that enhance customer experiences while maintaining internal efficiency.

Manage productivity, quality, and control measures to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Ensure client expectations are met and strive for maximum customer satisfaction.

Coordinate staffing and linguistic requirements across various platforms.

Act as the primary liaison for new client onboarding and serve as the main contact for the commercial team at headquarters.

Engage in negotiations concerning contractual and financial aspects.

Drive the promotion and sales of the BPO services to new clients, maximizing sales opportunities.

Continuously update and refine knowledge on client needs, industry trends, market conditions, and product offerings.
- **Compensation**_:
A competitive salary ranging from R35,000 to R40,000 per month, negotiable based on experience, plus benefits including medical aid and a retirement annuity.

**Requirements**:
A minimum of five years in a senior management role, preferably within the BPO or related sector.

Essential experience and comprehensive knowledge of the insurance industry and customer service excellence.

Pay: R35 000,00 - R40 000,00 per month
