Human Resources Business Partner

**Purpose of the Job**:
To provide end-to-end Human Resources support to line functions and provide technical and operational support to management teams
on various assignments within appropriate governance frameworks which will enable the successful execution of the FSCA’s Human Capital
Strategic Objectives.The person appointed will report to the Departmental Head: Human Resources.
**Key Performance Areas (KPAs)**:
- Drive performance and employee engagement across the business areas by partnering with line managers to define and implement relevant
and appropriate Human Capital plans.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Human Capital strategies in line with the FSCA’s people strategy.
- Deliver and implement HC strategic and support services to business
- Responsible for talent management strategies aligned to functional and groups people strategies and talent needs
- Implement and facilitate the talent sourcing process from start to finish in line with business requirements.
- Ensure the effective implementation and adherence to the FSCA’s Group Performance Management frameworks and policies
- Facilitate the implementation of talent management strategies in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Responsible for HR Data, reporting and Analytics
- Manage the organisational Employee Wellness portfolio.
- Provide advice on employee relations matters (grievances / disciplinary process).
- Management of HR Risks and Compliance
- Handle all HR queries as and when required.
- Carry out any other lawful HR related task not outlined above.

A Bachelor’s degree or a relevant National Diploma in Human Resources or Psychology with at least 5 - 10 years’ experience in the
Human Resources management field. Sound understanding of HR policies and procedures, and HR legislation.
