Our client in the credit industry requires the services of a passionate and qualified individual to expand its dynamic team for enhancement of services to the clients.

Contract: Permanent (with a probation period)

Working Condition: Hybrid remote working (2 days a week office based)

**Job Purpose**:
We are looking for an HR Assistant to undertake a variety of HR administrative
duties.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Communicate with external parties when necessary.
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees and assist with probation process.

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Certificate / Higher Certificate in Human Resources or Administrative field
- A minimum of 2-year experience working with recruitment
- 2+ years’ experience in MS Office, especially Word and Excel
- Basic knowledge of labour laws
- Strong communications skills
- Experience with employee relations cases (added advantageous)
