**Payroll Administrator - Sandton**
**Purpose**
Prepare payroll related reports. Process payroll, including updating employee numbers, hours, garnishments, etc. Record, maintain and update payroll procedures. Maintain employee records for new hires, pay changes, and terminations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and manage payroll processes of employees
- Gather all payroll data
- Review and calculate timesheets data and hours worked
- Calculate salaries and overtime sheets
- Create and run salary sheets and reports
- Manage, maintain and update payroll related data
- Update salary sheets and schedules
- Manage employees payroll queries
- Submit monthly payroll reports to stakeholders (Operations and Finance)
- Month end reconciliations
- Provide management with various payroll information as required
- Manage Employee Self Service (leave administration)
- SARS U filing administration
- Responsible to manage payroll information by developing and maintaining an effective document filing system
**Requirements**:
- 3-5 years full function Payroll experience
- Must have experience working on Sage 300 or Sage People
- Matric with relevant qualifications
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R22,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
