Market Activation Specialist

**Introduction**
**Role Purpose**
To provide specialist administrative support to the Member Solutions team in the coordination and execution of Market Activation plans, in support of the Member Solutions strategy in Momentum Corporate. To work in close collaboration with the Portfolio Manager within Member Solutions to ensure the central coordination and support of Member Solutions strategy related initiatives

- Experience in the Employee Benefits, Personal Financial Planning or Investment environment will be a distinct advantage.
- A general understanding of both the corporate and the retail insurance industry and the healthcare industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be willing to work flexible hours as the role demands and travel as required.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
**INTERNAL PROCESS**
- Be an advocate of the member experience and track implementation and consistency throughout the on-sites presence.
- Be on top of the game in relation to online strategies (web, mobile, social media etc) that engage members and present beneficial offers at the right time to maximise effectiveness.
- Responsible for the execution of campaigns, supporting managers through effective communication, fulfillment and post-analysis reporting.
- Provide unwavering support and solution-focused feedback to channel enhancement, process improvement, and product and services design.
- Project & Events Specialist for the Member Solutions team. Specifically internal projects, events in conjunction with the Marketing team and all staff events.
- Member Engagement Specialist for the Member Solutions team. Implementation of engagement activities. Work in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Member communication Specialist for the Member Solutions team. Implementation of communication in collaboration with the Communications and Marketing Manager. Ensure Member Solutions communications reaches all members.
- Leads management for both the RBC, S&D leads in conjunction with other channels such as MFP, Metropolitan & others.
- Ensure Process maps and standard operating procedures are in place for the Member Solutions team.
- Responsible for stakeholder management and liaison.
- Diligently drive and support market research and competitive analysis to thoroughly understand the landscape and key trends in the market.
- Collate trend analysis on detailed metrics and reporting that elaborate on the success or opportunities of our services and solutions that impact growth and Share of Wallet penetration
- Stays abreast of all Member Solutions products, services and processes
- Keep your finger on the pulse with regards to market changes in the Financial Services sector
- Coordinates activities pre and post-engagement activities include one-to-one (face-to-face/ digital) and one-to-many (face-to-face/ digital).
- Implement the communication and marketing plan per client or per worksite.
- Coordinate all activation activities with the client as well as internally with the Employee Financial Wellness (EFW) team.
- Arrange the logistics of the engagements -; if digital, webinar details, if physical, venues and other supporting materials required (setup and branding).
- Obtain member distribution lists and ensure the correct data is received for relevant platforms to be used.
- Coordination activities include sending out invitations, sending reminders, creating and sending booking links, sending and creating feedback forms.
- Ensure that Clients/ Brokers' rules of engagement are known and communicated to all.
- Create booking links and attendance register for workshops at all worksites/ digital.
- Manage the execution around the CRM Marketing module i.e Importing data and scheduling automated comms.
- Co-ordinate marketing materials to be set up at specific worksites where required
- Wellness day (Full set-up)
- Workshop (Banner, tablecloth, pop up stand).
- Communicate branding requirements to Key Broker Client's.
- Research financial wellness topics, compile content and prepare presentations for financial education purposes.
- Assist in making a difference in the lives of our members by helping our team members improve members' financial wellness.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal and external stakeholders
- Deliver on service level agreements applicable to clients and internal and external stakeholders in order to ensure that client expectations are managed
- Make recommendations to improve client service and fair treatment of clients within area of responsibility
