**A bit about the role**:
As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of their organisation. This position is

ideal for a highly motivated individual who thrives on the thrill of sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and

enjoys building relationships with customers. You will be responsible for hunting new business opportunities and nurturing

existing client relationships, focusing on achieving revenue targets.

**Your daily adventures include**: - Conduct market research and identify potential customers within the target market segment - Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and drive business growth - Engage in consultative selling by understanding customers' needs and offering appropriate solutions - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our buy now pay later services - Negotiate terms and close deals with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to enhance sales strategies and offerings - Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal pipelines What it takes to succeed: - At least 4 years of experience consensus driven sales cycle (B2B Ideally) - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly - Strong negotiation and closing skills - Self-motivated and driven to achieve results - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Knowledge of the buy now pay later industry and understanding of e-commerce trends (preferred) - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
