**Job description**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
- Weekly stock and vehicle inventories to ensure all stock is up to date and ordering more when necessary
- Managing and distributing all incoming and outgoing invoices and couriers
- Photocopying, binding and filing all company documents
- Booking meetings
- Updating contact lists on the company database
- Providing support to reception during busy periods
- Office cover during staff holidays
- Assisting the office manager with regular health and safety checks
- Scheduling of clients and job card creation
- Ad-hoc secretarial duties, including running errands and booking customer appointments.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Confident with all Microsoft Office packages especially Excel and Outlook
- Polite telephone manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must reside in the Pinetown area and have own transport and code 8 license

- Extremely organized
- Able to prioritize a changing to-do list
- Excellent attention to detail
- Uses initiative
- Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team

Work Location: In person

**Salary**: R9 000,00 - R11 000,00 per month
