Supporting the sales and finance team with general operations
**Assisting the sales and finance teams in creating and maintain recons and reports**
Keeping track of customer information on Sage
Updating records and files
**Assisting with timeous sales responses to customers**
Answering, screening and forwarding telephone calls
**Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately**
Administration and clerical tasks (eg. Scanning, printing, laminating etc.)
**Co-ordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies**
Keep stock of office supplies (stationery and groceries) and order when required
**Keeping reception and the office area tidy**
Maintaining schedules eg. Daily employee register, walk-in customer spreadsheets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to R5,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
