Office Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage the switchboard, directing calls to the appropriate departments and taking messages as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with travel arrangements and other personal tasks as required.
- Assist the Sales department with processing orders and maintaining customer records.
- Coordinate with clients and handle inquiries related to sales.
- Perform ad hoc tasks to support the Finance department, such as data entry and document management.
- Oversee and supervise the cleaning staff to ensure the office environment is maintained to a high standard.
- Accurately capture and input data into company systems.
- Draft various documents, including reports, letters, and presentations.
Key Qualities:
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Presentable and approachable with a professional appearance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Reliable transport / Own Vehicle

Remuneration: R7 500 CTC
