**Hours**:08h00am to 18h00pm/ 09h30am to 19h00pm, Monday to Friday (flexible at times due to International locations/time zones and an Out of Hours Team).

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Relevant Qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proven experience as an HR/Admin Assistant, Administrative assistance or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Fast computer typing skills and hands-on experience with all Microsoft Programs (MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of BCEA, EE, BBBEE and all other Labour Law
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Strong communications skills

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Head of Department
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
- Deal with employee requests (via the HOD) regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, i.e. Absence & Attendance
- Communicate with Public services only when necessary.
- Assist with Audits and the preparation thereof.
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Performance & Evaluation - Manage and monitor staff following processes and ensure Team Leaders are having their 121s consistently with their staff.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current openings.
- Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. Indeed)
- Design and implement employee referral programs.
- Report to hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions.
- Determine qualification criteria for each position.
- Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)
- Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriate
- Help new hires onboard, Induction and orientation.

**Salary Package**:

- Basic Salary:Between R20,000 to R25,000 + parking

**Incentive**:

- Incentive capped at R1000 eligible upon and split up amongst accuracy of the Job Role (mínimal errors), accurate capturing and monitoring of information and trackers and 100% attendance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
