Complaints Resolution Officer

**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Address and resolve customer complaints
Identify and escalate serious complaints to supervisors and management
Provide product and service information to customers
Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using business tools and available customer data
Route calls to appropriate resources
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned
Grade 12 / Matric
Speak, read and write English clearly
Minimum of 1 years' experience working in a call centre
Good Typing skills on a computer using Microsoft suite of products is essential
Eagerness and willingness to learn and grow their career in our company
Ability to deal with irate customers and provide solutions to address or resolve their experience
Ability to work under pressure
