**1. Strategic Marketing Leadership**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Lead the development of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing strategies and optimise performance.

**2. Brand Development**:

- Build and nurture a compelling brand identity that resonates with both enterprises and blue-collar job seekers.
- Develop and implement brand-building initiatives, including digital and non-digital marketing, content creation, and community engagement.
- Build a brand that attracts prospective employees (pack members) and even potential investors.

**3. B2B SaaS Marketing**:

- Drive marketing campaigns targeting enterprises to promote our recruitment software solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing collateral and tools that support the sales process.
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract B2B clients.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to develop marketing collateral and tools that support their current client upsell processes

**4. Entry-Level Talent Acquisition Marketing**:

- Create targeted marketing campaigns to attract and engage entry-level and semi-skilled job seekers.
- Develop partnerships with relevant organisations and platforms to reach and connect with the entry-level workforce.
- Implement innovative and effective strategies to increase awareness, trust and adoption among entry-level audiences.

**5. Team Building and Development**:

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.
- Provide mentorship, guidance and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

**Requirements**:

- Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field
- 6+ years experience in Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Experience in a startup and/or SaaS environment is a nice-to-have
- Experience in the HR industry and building up a marketing team is a nice-to-have
