**Job Purpose**:
Design, develop, implement and analyse the various marketing strategies of Cipla for the respective Therapeutic Categories, including product introduction and management of product life cycle to ensure alignment and effective product management aligned to the companies’ goals and strategies.

**Accountabilities**:
1. Ensure respective Therapeutic Category product(s) strategy management by coordinating and analysing the markets / products data to propose quantitative and qualitative scenarios
- 2. Responsible for the respective Therapeutic Area marketing performance to ensure regional needs are appropriated, considered and represented in strategies and plans_

3. Identify, develop and manage key stakeholder relationships with Cipla global to leverage marketing expertise and alignment with global marketing
- 4. Monitor marketing financial management to keep control on spends_
- 5. Coach and mentor individuals to facilitate knowledge and skills transfer within the team_
- 6. Quality and Compliance_

**ISO13485**:Cross functional interaction with Regulatory Team to gain competitive Cipla certification of ISO 13485 ensuring company and marketing alignment to standards.

**Legal**:Cross functional interaction with Legal in the development and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies relating to sales and marketing activities.

7. Sustainability / Future Business Performance: Ensure Cipla delivers on current and future financial targets by remaining competitive and relevant in a changing Healthcare Environment

- 9. Working with finance partner and Divisional Heads in coordination of Quarterly Steering Committee Meetings_
- 10. Coordination of AOP Process (Annual)_

**Education Qualification**:
Post Graduate Marketing Degree

**Relevant Work Experience**:
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a senior marketing role covering all areas of the function with at least 5 years’ experience within a management role.
