JOBJACK is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Sales with a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales to lead our sales efforts and team, and drive revenue growth. As the Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our market presence, developing strategic partnerships, and building a high-performing sales team from the ground up.
This is a summary of the Head of Sales duties to be performed as organized by the following key responsibility areas.

**1. Sales Leadership**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Lead and inspire a sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Building and scaling sales processes and strategies (considering current sales and CS tools) - including lead generation and demo performance to pilot and rollout conversation.

**2. Market Expansion**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Share insights and collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to address market needs.

**3. Team Building and Development**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
- Foster a positive, collaborative and results-driven team culture.

**4. Strategic Partnerships**:

- Collaborate with founders and other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships to enhance the reach and impact of our recruitment software.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant field
- 6+ years of progressive experience in Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- A proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the HR sector
- HR SAAS (software as a service) sales experience is a nice-to-have
