- To conduct the end-to-end management of the Commercialisation strategy in Avo Auto, planning and execution of all aspects of digital and social media initiatives ensuring that it is successful in meeting the business needs bringing customers to the platform. To direct execution of Marketing and Social Media strategies to ensure the scaling of the Auto Platform, thereby creating a resilient business that is setup for continous delivery**Responsibilities**:

- Formulate the road map to drive efficiency for the business to improve client experience.
- Create the vision and coach the heads of functions to achieve the goals within set timelines for the responsible digital product.
- Deliver on financial commitments as stated in the performance scorecard by managing expenditure of the digital initiative.
- Enable strategy execution by ensuring that appropriate systems and processes are in place to govern the initiative in a risk mitigated manner.
- Enhance operational effectiveness and efficiencies through data driven insights whilst ensuring the data collection and integrity of data for business processes is maintained.
- Ensure the constructs of risk, governance and compliance are addressed by managing through organization entities, processes and embedding in the day-to-day client operations of the Cluster.
- Build and sustain relations to ensure satisfied shareholders, stakeholders, customers, and staff.
- Ensure all business areas of the digital initiative and related decisions are aligned on the executional parameters of the business operations by engaging and communicating regularly with stakeholders.
- Ensure excellence in delivery by contracting with stakeholders regarding service levels and managing and monitoring operational delivery accordingly.
- Ensure continued satisfaction of stakeholders by identifying and addressing issues or concerns.
- Facilitate stakeholder awareness through regular operational reporting.
- Strive to enable digital client experiences which enable streamlined business processes through frictionless experiences.
- Establish transformation agenda and journey to drive cluster and change efficiency to influence new operational model
- Alignment to enterprise-wide projects and initiatives.
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Professional Qualifications/Honour’s Degree
- Preferred Qualification- Finance, Bcom IT or BSc Engineering
- Minimum Experience Level- 8 - 10 years
- Management experience as part of the above years
