**Training Administrator Job Description**
- Coordinate and oversee all office activities
- Ensure adherence to relevant company procedures and policies
- Make travel arrangements for the project team when required
- Handle phone calls and all related correspondence
- Keep databases in check and update them regularly
- Compile minutes at meetings
- Compile meeting agendas
- Manage filing system
- Control the office supplies state and make sure it is in accordance with office needs
- Supervise cleaning crew and cleanliness of office space
- Create and present reports on administration matters
- Coordinate and participate in office space planning, maintenance and renovations when necessary
- Attend to reception and maintain risk protocols for all guests
- Review and organize training plans٫ design and develop training programs for corporate٫ HR training and so on
- Implement accepted education principles and explore new training methods and techniques
- Develop educational aids and materials
- Manage curriculum database and training records
- Oversee in-house training facilities and equipment
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous working experience as a Training Administrator for 3 years
- 2 years LMIS experience
- Diploma in HR
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- In-depth knowledge of office management
- Microsoft Office Intermediate proficiency
- Attention to detail
Experience having worked with a Skills Development Provider will be an added advantage
Age: 25-32
Based in the East Rand
**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: From R7 000,00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelors (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (preferred)
