**Description**:
**Bookkeeper & Office Administrator (Property Management MDA & Xero
- Paarden Eiland - R18 - R26k pm)**

General:
In short, we require an office administrator to run and manage the office. The duties to be performed include, but are not limited to the following:

- Stock control/packing/ordering
- Debtors and collections
- HR Administration
- Office Administration
- Xero and bookkeeping - invoice/quote/supplier invoice capture/bank recon etc
- MDA platform experience
- Office documents administrator
- Sourcing of necessary suppliers and material
- Receptionist

Payday: 25th of Every Month

Work Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:30 - 16:30

**Requirements**:

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - word/xls/Outlook/PowerPoint
- Must be computer literate - have the ability to learn new programs
- Must be proficient in Xero
- Must be well spoken, and comfortable on the phone - Debtors / Suppliers / Customers
- Ability and desire to learn new things - about our services and products
- Needs to know or learn MDA - property management platform

Accounts and bookkeeping:
Must know how to run Xero - all necessary elements - complete exercise.
- Invoice
- Quote
- Credit notes
- Ledgers
- Cashbook
- Supplier invoices
- Bank recon
- Bookkeepers to auditors
- Debtors/Creditors
- Creating client accounts
- Loading stock items and prices onto the system
- Running Sage and our Debit Orders

Secretarial:

- Admin
- Car licensing
- Insurance/Med Aid claims
- Provident fund
- PSIRA/UIF/Workman’s
- Bank requirements
- Personal Assistant to partners
- Run office filing system

HR Administration:

- Staff files and documentation
- Leave and loans
- Salary schedule for Payroll
- Staff travel/CC and Cell recons
- Etc

Stock Control:

- Ordering
- Packing
- Sourcing
- Stock Take

Office work:

- Receptionist
- Stationery
- Petty Cash
- Administration/Filing
- Payment preparations

Properties:

- Run MDA
- Monthly reports
- Invoice and reckon - Eskom / CCT / Monthly’s
- Book-keeping to auditors
- Expense capture and allocation
- Rental schedules
- Tenant contacts
- Filing and Documentation
