**Qualification, Experience and Competencies**

- High competence in MS Office, SAP and CRM
- Knowledge of the parts operation is essential - Minimum 3-5 years experience in parts operations
- Expert in Business process relating to Parts sales
- Experience in Identification, agreement and scoping of projects.
- Getting allocated to projects, execution of projects, monitoring and controlling projects and closing projects.
- Very strong MS office and SAP, CRM skills
- Successful demonstration of project implementation

Competencies: Leadership skills, Analytical skills, Problem Solving, Decision making, Change agent, Ability to influence, Effective communication skills (verbal, written and presentation), Proven ability to work both independently and in a team based environment. Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, Multi tasking and organizational skills, Willing to travel
