**_Talent Management - Senior Manager - English - On Site Johannesburg ZA - Office_**

**_In this role, you will be responsible for Work closely with and within the HR team and you will be leading important HR projects._**

**_ _**
**_Responsibilities_**:
**_ _**

**_Participate in the establishment and development of the operation, leveraging previous (HR outsourcing) experience to provide a differentiated service to the client _**

**_Ensure delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement, as well as standards of service (relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency, etc.) _**

**_Initiate, design, and implement business process excellence improvements _**

**_Demonstrate, and seek to deepen, an awareness of business/industry issues and drivers _**

**_Make decisions to improve the operation of the assigned service line and contribute to the advancement of the clients and Genpact business. _**

**_Strategic thinking and leadership experience with an emphasis on relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization. _**

**_Facilitate and coordinate multiple deadlines, create cohesive teams, and respond quickly to management requests. _**

**_Operation Management: Responsible for repeatable, predictable, and measurable operations which include but is not limited to the following: _**

**_In-depth understanding of HRO processes supported by Genpact for different geographies. _**

**_Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues that may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible. _**

**_Must have a clear understanding of the existing metrics in the process, how they are measured, and improvise the measurement system to make it more effective and transparent. _**

**_Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI. Liaise with Service Management Team on reporting performance measures to the Client. _**

**_Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems. _**

**_Ensure that Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically. _**

**_Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates, and schedule for an activity or project segment. _**

**_Ensures progress, issues, and agreements are properly documented and acted upon. _**

**_Assist Team with performing “Root Cause Analysis” on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions. _**

**_Actively participate in all process-related business meetings in-person or virtually through conference calls. _**

**_Liaise with Genpact Local IT to escalate Technology issues being faced by the Team. _**

**_B. Com/M. Com/ with relevant experience in HR domain._**

**_Talent Management_**_ experience is required -Experience in Core HR functions._**

**_Work experience in team handling role._**

**_Workday Experience a plus_**

**_ _**
**_HR Domain certification would be a plus _**

**_Excellent MS Office and Excel skills _**

**_Proficient with Operational Excellence Practices_**

**_Quality - Lean and six sigma knowledge and quality driven person_**

**_Must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, energy and flexibility_**
