**Qualification, Experience and Competencies**

Minimum Qualification:

- National Diploma in Engineering
- Registered/Certified Assessor and Moderator
- Formal Leadership Development Programme will be an advantage.

Minimum Experience
- Five years' supervisory experience in the Earth Moving Environment
- Familiarity with eLearning platforms and practices
- Working experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g. SAP, Moodle etc)
