**Senior Inside Sales Advisor - B2C**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Inside Sales Advisor to join our team and lead our sales efforts for our online UX design courses. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing sales, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will also coach and mentor a team of junior sales representatives and ensure they meet their sales targets.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of five years of demonstrable sales experience within a fast-paced inside sales environment, preferably in the field of UX design or software development. You must also have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, using a consultative sales approach, and reporting on sales performance and KPIs. You must be able to work independently and remotely, and travel occasionally as needed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and requirements and present the features and benefits of our online UX design courses
- Close sales and process orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
- Follow up with customers and provide after-sales support and service
- Report on sales performance and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Develop and implement sales strategies and best practices to achieve sales goals
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of junior sales representatives and monitor their progress and performance
- Maintain and update your database of prospects and customers within your assigned territory
- Collaborate with channel partners and other departments to build pipeline and close deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Student Success, to ensure a seamless experience for students and provide feedback to the product team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- At least five years of experience as an inside sales representative, preferably in a senior or leadership role
- Experience in selling online education products or services, especially in the field of UX design
- Knowledge of the online education industry and the impact of artificial intelligence on online learning and teaching
- Essential software skills to put on your resume, such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work remotely and travel occasionally as needed
- Understanding of user experience design and software development process sectors
- Salary: R510 000 per year plus commission
