**What You Bring to the Table**:

- **Proven experience** in appointment setting or inside sales especially in Solar.
- **Exceptional communication skills**—you speak and write in 100% American English, with clarity and confidence.
- **A positive, can-do attitude** that shines through in every interaction.
- **Self-motivated** **and results-oriented**—you don’t need to be micromanaged; you are committed to hitting your targets.
- **Strong problem-solving skills**—you think on your feet and can handle objections with ease.
- **Tech-savvy**—you’re comfortable with CRM systems, dialers, and virtual collaboration tools.

**Compensation & Pay**:

- Hourly rate + bonuses.
- Expected monthly earnings**:$800+** with top performers earning **$1,500+**.

**Remote Position**: Work from anywhere with a quiet workspace, a strong internet connection, and the discipline to work autonomously.
