We are looking for a strong determined individual to join our team in the position of Team Leader in our Senior sales Advisor’s department where they will be reporting directly into our Head of Sales.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Performance management of all sales agents monthly - ensure all probation contracts are revised & KPIs are completed timeously.
- Providing training, coaching and development to all employees daily/weekly/monthly
- Effective management of all hardware and security
- Generating efficient and effective reporting both internally and externally
- Generating efficient and effective dialler reporting
- Ensure communication channels from staff to management and Vise versa are always effectively managed.
- Completing all Human Resources related employee functions in order to manage your team effectively.
- To monitor and control quality using the tools provided by the company and ensuring that team leaders are following through with their weekly QC for their teams.
- Prepare stats for daily/weekly/monthly meetings with your team of managers.
- The ability to identify problem areas and find solutions that are in line with the business's processes (Problem solving skills)
- Managing all forms of Communication - Internally and externally
- General admin on an individual level
- Meets all deadlines (Submission of reports/general admin/tasks done/HR work done timeously)
- Creativity and planning skills Theme days and agent relationship
- Ensures that all payments are followed up on timeously.
- Ensures that all packs are being chased daily/weekly/monthly.
- Ensures that all pending packs are sent back or followed up with
- Ensures that daily/weekly/monthly stats are pulled and updated.
- Ensures that all paperwork is completed and submitted to the department manager for sign off.
- Ensures that the team is compliant and follows both internal and external processes and regulations.

- In depth Knowledge of credit bureau reports
- In depth Experience in sales & customer service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and & telephony systems.
- Understanding of industry regulations and best practices for credit repair

Any relevant certification or training in credit repair or related fields may be an advantage.

**Qualification**:

- A high school Diploma or equivalent
