**Key Responsibilities**
- Continuous analysis of Broker Corporates, Independent Financial Advisors and their clients
- This will include but not limited to:

- Transaction types and numbers
- Rejection type and numbers
- Error type and numbers
- Specific client requirements
- Web usage
- Noticeable client behaviours that can be utilized for an improved service offering
- Continuous analysis of admin and technology outsourced partner NFZ (Silica)
- This will include but not limited to:

- Error numbers
- Error type
- Error severity
- Impact on IP Operation and our clients
- Any SLA breaches
- Performance areas
- This will include both the provider’s Processing and Servicing functions
- High Level Client Profiling
- Including but not limited to:

- Broker Corporates and Linked IFA’s
- Transaction numbers
- Service activity numbers
- Inflows and outflows
- Products
- AUM
- Utilizing analysis and identifying solutions for specific IFA’s and/or Broker Corporates
- Formulate and present data in a “Management Information” friendly manner to enable discussion and decision making by relevant stakeholders
- Need to perform a point of escalation function if consultants are unable to resolve matters after 48 hours
- Handle or oversee extreme sensitive or complex cases as and when required. Extreme/Complex cases will be decided by Team Manager and/or Business Manager
- Handle or oversee any bulk transaction requests
- Coordinating mini projects and/or clean-up projects within team. Team Manager will allocate this to Solutionist Manager as and when required
- Approval of letter or instruction requests
- Handle management and exception approval requests
- UI Testing, i.e., web developments
- Be involved and perform testing
- Decide on additional resources required to perform adequate testing
- Resource planning to cater for capacity (Discussion and decision making with Team Manager)

- Effective and centrally accessible record keeping of all topical matters. Highlighting in management meetings or other relevant forums so it may be shared and discussed
- Effective communication of topical matters from forums to consultant level
- When required, attend meetings with clients, sales teams and service providers to share information around findings of any analyses performed to enable effective and objective discussion and decision making
- Technical Knowledge and Experience:

- In general, 3 to 5 years’ experience within the LISP industry
- Demonstrable management skills
- Linked Products, Unit Trusts and Offshore Funds knowledge is essential or previous experience in financial services

**Risk and Compliance Responsibilities**
- Adhering to all Compliance policies, including personal account dealing, gifts, market abuse, etc.
- Ensuring Compliance training, declarations and relevant forms are completed on a timely basis
- Ensuring that firm and client data and property, including IT data, are properly protected
- Reporting any possible and actual breaches, errors, complaints or conduct issues.
- Reporting any suspicion that a client, investor, or employee may be involved in money laundering, fraud or other crime such as market abuse
