Reports to Service Manager

Job Outputs:
To liaise with customers and coordinate service work and time.

To act as liaison between service customers and servicing technicians.

Promote and drive the service and parts sales.

Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and enforced with regards to part picking.

Maintain a service appointment schedule.

Contact the customer for authorisation whenever the repair order needs to be extended beyond the agreed estimate.

Record the results of the contact on the repair order and any additional instructions authorised by the customer

Follow up while the repair is in progress to ensure its completion on schedule in accordance with repair instructions.

Maintain customer file (follow-up system), telephoning customers who have not responded.

Perform follow-ups to confirm customer satisfaction.

Follow-up on outstanding quotations.

Escalate customer complaints/enquiries promptly.

Refer all carts, parts or rental enquiries to the correct department.

Perform PDI after completion of repairs if necessary.

Regularly attend training provided by the company and distributor.

Process warranties within the agreed warranty framework.

Manage and reduce service work-in-progress

Carrying out of all reasonable instructions/ duties given to you by any member of Management, from time to time

**Inherent Requirements**

Matric/Grade 12- essential

Post Matric relevant qualification - Preferable

**Experience**:
3-5 years’ work experience within the motor industry or golf/turf industry in a service advisor capacity with technical knowledge - Preferable.

Minimum Requirements:
Valid unendorsed code 08 driver’s license.

Own Transport

Computer literate: Microsoft Office Skills (Word, Excel, Office 365)

Excellent communication skills. - Good interpersonal skills, articulate and well-spoken with internal and external customers on all levels. - Able to effectively comply with relevant administrative and reporting requirements. - Planning and organising. - Achieve high levels of accuracy. - Attention to detail. - Time management: Able to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment. - Effective customer liaison and cooperation skills.
