**About the Role**:
Are you passionate about driving business expansion and creating lasting partnerships? Look no further Strategic Diligence HR Consulting is on the hunt for a dynamic Business Development Officer to spearhead our growth initiatives.

As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for driving growth and establishing new business and promote and sell our solutions.

Your primary focus is to grow and expand our client base and increase revenue by leveraging your expertise in business development, cold calling and closing deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the market that have a demand for Skills Development and Payroll Outsourcing.
- Utilize your business development and sales expertise to initiate contact with potential clients and build strong relationships, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Proactively generate new leads and opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and other lead-generation methods.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for business expansion.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions to identify potential areas for business growth and adaptation.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, client prospects, lead generation, revenue probability and opportunities, to management.

**Skills and Experience**:

- A proven track record and experience in new business development and revenue generation, preferably within the HR industry.
- Demonstrated success in selling either Skills Development solutions or time-based services to clients.
- An understanding of the HR industry would be ideal but not essential,
- Excellent English written and conversational communication and presentation skills
- Cold-calling, lead-generation and client prospecting
- Arranging client meetings, presenting, negotiating terms of business
- Closing deals You thrive on securing the new business and welcoming a new client.
