**Job Dimension**
- To provide an efficient administrative support service to the HR Department.
- To provide an efficient recruitment service to the organisation to ensure the timeous and cost-effective acquisition of appropriate skills to fulfil the capability needs of the organisation.
- Dealing with internal queries accurately and timeously.
- Assist Operations Manager, HR Department with correspondence, update and maintain all employee records as required.
**Requirements**:
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Qualification or working towards National Diploma in Human Resources Management
- At least 2 year’s working experience in Human Resource Department.
- Good knowledge of general administrative processes
- Good understanding of key HR processes and practices
- Sage 300 knowledge an advantage
**Key performance areas**
- Employee Engagement and communication regarding employee queries
- Talent management -recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, ensure processes are followed in correct manner including preparation of termination documents
- Labour Relations -Taking minutes for meetings and disciplinaries
- Sage management
- loading and updating information of employees on system
- Union interaction
- meet with respective union shop stewards
- Health and Safety
- provide support to Health & Safety Officer.
- Process accident reports, liaise with healthcare providers
- Compensation and Benefits, ensure payroll related and benefit claims are submitted timeously in correct manner
- Back-up for Timekeeper
- Monitor and update all contracts, personal files, WCA files, ensure all required documents are on file
