**OVERALL PURPOSE**
At Lulalend, we are also committed to the growth of our staff and therefore you will be exposed to various technical training including being introduced and trained in the provisioning and maintenance of our Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
Responsibilities will include:
- Hardware procurement using external suppliers
- Hardware, software, and networking fault diagnoses and resolution
- Form a key part of the internal business Joiners, Movers, and Leavers process
- Azure Active Directory & Google Workspace administration
- Be responsible for asset management and tracking
- Triaging incoming tickets to relevant internal support teams using Zendesk and Jira

**THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years of experience in technical support or a similar customer/user-facing role
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a user-centric approach
- Familiarity with a wide range of software, operating systems, and hardware components
- Experience with Zendesk and Jira is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of networking and Azure cloud-based technologies is advantageous
