A well-established international concern specialising in providing equipment for the agriculture industry and based in Somerset West, is seeking to employ an Office and Accounts Administrator to join their team.

administrative assistant|office administrator

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Full Debtors and Creditors function including invoicing, creditors recons, inter-company account recons (France and Spain)
- Assisting in HR function (10 employees)
- Office Management and Housekeeping
- Insurance (claims, updating of Policy Schedule
- Stock Control and Purchasing
- Oversee Integrity of Inventory Database and pricing
- Manage and ensure proper maintenance of Company assets (including Vehicles, building)
- All travel arrangements and bookings for the branch

**Requirements**:

- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (mailing and verbal)
- I.T. skills are required as (Microsoft Office: Excel and Word at Intermediate level)
- Logistics knowledge and experience would be advantageous
- Honest, versatile individual who is comfortable with an unpredictable workday
- Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English). Spanish or/and French would be advantage
- Own Reliable Transport (Driver's license) - Must be willing to drive around when something is needed
- Accounting knowledge and experience will be advantageous
- Sage Evolution knowledge will be advantageous
