**INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR: INTERN**

**Job description**

The role requires a driven individual with communication (written and verbal), planning and organisational skills that will assist the Insurance Department in contributing to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set out by the division.

The primary functions of this rol is to take assist and coordinate the portfolio’s marketing and product initiatives by providing administrative support to support insurance product-related outputs and policyholder queries.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist in the coordination of training material for the various sales channels and Root roll-out
- Effective co-ordination of the portfolios marketing initiatives including the distribution of promotional material and advertising/marketing material
- Providing assistance in the coordination, capturing and reporting invoices and payments
- Ensure effective co-ordination, distribution and accurate record-keeping of all product documents, product information and customer information
- Assist in collating and maintenance of databases and the relevant filing system,
- Ensure that the applicable communication is distributed to new/existing members and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with the relevant legislation (e.g. POPIA, FAIS, NCA, CPA, etc.)
- Providing excellent customer service on in order to resolve internal and external customer queries and disputes
- Various ad hoc support/administrative duties.
- Working hours: 08:30 - 16:40 Mon - Fri

**Requirements**:

- If possible a business, marketing degree or equivalent diploma
- Computer literacy and well versed in using Microsoft Office tools (Word and Excel) will be advantageous
