**Operations Support Co-ordinator: Telemarketing**

**A challenging position exists within the Financial Services Contact Centre for a self-motivated and detail orientated individual responsible for managing the administrative functions of the portfolio by utilising resources and liaising with the relevant stakeholders in order to ensure financial and operational related activities and reporting requirements are submitted accurately and within agreed timelines.**

**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Responsible for compiling, submitting and allocating of budgets to relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment to business strategy - Cost Management.
- Ensure that the administrative functions of the portfolio are effectively and timeously managed
- Reporting and Admin
- Ensuring the Operations and relevant supporting processes and procedures are effectively implemented, monitored and maintained.
- To provide administrative operational and cost management input into the business strategy and ensure alignment to relevant stakeholder requirements.
- Managing relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.
- To drive departmental adherence and governance according to internal policies and procedures, aligned to group standards.
- Effectively and efficiently resolve all escalated customer and operational queries
- Completion of administrative tasks timeously & accurately.
- Matric qualification
- Admin related certificate/diploma [advantageous]
- Business and/or financial management certificate/diploma [advantageous]
- Part or full qualification that is recognized by the Financial Services Board [advantageous]
- RE5 Financial Services Board Qualification [advantageous]
- 3 year operational administration experience [Essential]
- 2 years management experience managing a team of managers - [advantageous]
- Budget and process management experience
- Excellent communication skills [verbal, written & interpersonal]
- To be computer literate [MS Office & **Advanced** Excel]
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team dynamic to drive results
- To be highly driven, motivated and display a high level of assertiveness
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
- High attention to detail & ability to effectively problem solve
- To meet deadlines/targets in a pressurised environment
