**The opportunity**:
**We are looking for a professional, experienced individual to fill the position of Secretary. The successful incumbent will be responsible for providing support to the Head of Business within The Exact Division.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Business
- Diary Management
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Maintains confidentiality of information
- Coordinating and compiling all executive and management reports
- Preparation of monthly management presentation slides
- Arrange local and international travel arrangements
- Liaison with internal and external business partners at all levels
- Coordinating meetings and functions, including venues and catering
- Perform adhoc functions for the Head of Business
- Submit travel documentation and claims timeously
- Capture trip requisitions, currency, hotel and car booking on SAP

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- A minimum of 5 years Secretarial experience at the same or similar level (Essential)
