**Role Purpose**
- Develop, implement and maintain an integrated communication strategy, through consistent and engaging messaging that enhances the brand, engages clients and supports strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Degree, diploma or certification in Communication, Marketing, Languages or related qualification
- 3 - 5 years' experience in Communication, Marketing or Brand Management
- Marketing background advantageous
- Working knowledge of graphic design, social media
- Knowledge of print and electronic media
- Knowledge of photography and audiovisual production
- General knowledge of Information Technology preferred

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide strategic communication plans, partner and lead on how best to communicate, position, and frame messaging and campaigns externally and internally to foster clear, concise and consistent messaging with high-impact calls to actions.
- Design, implement and deliver communication campaigns.
- Drive the effective delivery of internal and external initiatives through strategic partnering, content providers and internal marketing and communication providers.
- Provide objective measurement, tracking, analysis and reporting on the effectiveness and impact of all communication, campaigns, activations and initiatives.
- Act as the custodian of communication data and knowledge management repository.
- Actively manage a communication calendar and effective reporting there off.
- Identify, brief and collaborate across internal teams to translate requirements into marketing / creative briefs, that manage and track delivery of communication campaigns
- Review and proofread collateral for accuracy, adherence to style guides, brand standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Responsible for the publication of the internal newsletter, as Editor.
- Identify innovative and streamlined approaches to generate output of deliverables in quicker and more efficient manners
- Develop and manage material that effectively drives the requisite message to target audiences across various channels including for eg, newsletters, the intranet, PowerPoint slide presentations and various other materials as required
- Gather communication needs from different touchpoints internally to obtain content for all materials and channels.
- Assist in building a collaborative partnership with identified internal and external stakeholder segments to deliver appropriately on communication plans, campaigns and materials
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of communique for internal and external projects, events and campaigns.
