Our FinTech arm Infinity Group is looking for a Debt Counselor to join our team and help us on our journey of Hyper Growth

**The Role**:
Understanding the pressing issue of over-indebtedness in South Africa, Debtline has taken an innovative and transparent approach to change the face of Debt Management/Debt Counseling and help South Africans take charge of their finances.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Clear line of focus on what matters most with in the debt counseling process
- Ensuring all mandatory forms are done within a set time frame
- Constant communication with Credit Providers

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric/university graduate
- Passed the DC Exam (requirement)
- Registered with the NCR (advantageous)
- Experience in dealing with Credit Providers
- Experience in working on Maximus/Simplicity/I-docs and Finwise is an advantage
- Experience in dealing with Creditors
- Experience in doing Negotiations
- Clear criminal and credit records
