**THE ROLE**:
An exciting opportunity to be the Personal Assistant to the CEO.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The position entails the following detail responsibilities:

- Excellent report and letter writing skills
- Assisting CEO with daily general duties
- CEO Diary management
- Travel arrangements (Flights, Accommodation, Car Hire, Check in Flights, Visas and itineraries)
- Organizing and planning CEO meetings and assist CEO with preparation, such as meeting packs
- Taking minutes
- Liaising with clients, suppliers and staff on behalf of the CEO
- Dealing with confidential documents
- Conducting and preparing research material the CEO may require
- Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
- Handling personal matters of the CEO
- Filing of documents
- Normal admin duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 5+ years related experience
- Own transport, with driver's licence is compulsory
- A relevant Tertiary Degree/Diploma will be an advantage
- Good communication skills - verbal and written (English & Afrikaans)
- Very good MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word skills
- Strong analytical and administrative abilities

**ADDITIONAL SKILLS**:

- Use good interpretation skills.
- Acting with integrity at all times.
- Excellent in time management, organising and multi-tasking

**PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES**
- Be enthusiastic and career driven
- Person must be able to work independently and as part of a team
