National Sales Manager

A Dynamic Tech Distribution Platform is wishing to appoint a National Sales Manager who will be managing and developing a large direct-to-consumer sales team nationally and driving their performance.
**Job responsibilities will include the following**:
- Recruit, Train and Manage Team Leaders; Resellers and Agents.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly tracking against Company monthly sales targets of the Company’s products;
- Develop and implement necessary interventions to ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales targets are in line with Company expectations;
- Identify the high priority focus regions with the highest potential for sales of the Company’s products;
- Ensure high physical presence is achieved and stakeholder engagement within high priority focus regions including where necessary, relocation to newly identified regions to market and sell the Company’s products;
- Recruitment, screening and onboarding of appointed Team Leaders and Resellers who are responsible for creating their own teams of sales representatives to go out into the field to market and sell the Company’s products;
- Identification and management of weak and/or non-performing Team Leaders, Resellers and sales representatives;
- In-person and remote training of Team Leaders, Resellers and sales representatives on an ongoing and ad hoc basis;
- Mentoring and coaching of Team Leaders, Resellers and their teams in accordance with the training content;
- Assistance with implementation of systems;
- Drive sales of new products and service offerings.

**Education**
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree will be advantageous.
- At least 5 years experience as a Sales Manager in the Telecoms/Technology industry will be advantageous.
