Accountable for meeting sales objectives, building and strengthening customer relationships and sales network for the business along with managing and developing the sales force.

Role will cover South Africa.

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Responsible for driving the overall oncology business strategy
- Develop a roadmap for the sales effort to ensure that it is aligned with organizational strategy
- Responsible for meeting budgeted top line performance - Manage, assist and support sales team to achieve budgeted sales targets for each product line
- Develop and build sales team to successfully implement sales strategy of the company and address optimized market coverage.
- Lead the sales team towards business goals and ensure alignment
- Ensure increase in sales volume and market penetration
- Ensure increase in market share over a predefined time span
- Ensure supply chain and demand planning efficiencies
- Improving process effectiveness/ efficiencies
- Managing selling expenses. Sales and Administration expense management
- Customer Satisfaction & Sales network management
- Constantly review and analyze current business performance and other metrics; present solutions to prevent or correct deviations.
- Ensure adherence to commercial guidelines and reporting guidelines as prescribed by the company to the sales team
- Responsible for initiating all people related issues relevant to the business such as hiring, disciplinary actions etc.
- Directly responsible for the adherence to all mandated people process for all direct reports
- Responsible for managing sales expenses for the business

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Degree; preferably in medical technology or 3-year national diploma
- 3 - 6 years sales experience from Medical Devices sector. In theatre experience is a plus
- Ability to establish strong relations with internal & external customers, and competent in network development
- People management experience is a plus

- Hold a valid driving license
