Summary of Role & Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns tailored to the local market to educate and promote the organisation's offerings.
- Promote local events, thought-leadership content, and core offerings while aligning with global marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging and relevant content, including but not limited to white papers, brochures, blog posts, factsheets, company reports and visually strong infographics, videos and campaigns.
- Manage social media content to resonate with the target audience and convey the brand's message effectively.
- Utilise WordPress to publish articles and make necessary updates to the website.
- Understand SEO techniques which improve search engine rankings (keyword research, on-page optimisation, and link building).
- Manage local incoming leads and marketing inboxes, responding promptly and professionally.
- Analyse marketing data and performance and report back to local and global teams.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on time.
- Collaborate closely with the sales/commercial team to optimise CRM systems and processes.
- Collaborate and consult with the Carbon Project Development Team on stakeholder engagement and project progress communications.
- Arrange and manage small to medium-sized local events, ensuring seamless execution.
- Deliver the marketing plan on time and on budget.
- Previous experience in the carbon / climate / sustainability sector is essential.

Key Requirements, Skills Knowledge & Expertise

**Key Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing with a background in carbon, sustainability, environmental or banking sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to distil science-based information and environmental topics into clear, effective and understandable messaging.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and techniques.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
- Analytical skills and experience with websites, and web analytics tools.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience in managing small to medium-sized events and projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with different teams within the business - both locally and internationally.**Benefits**:
