About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to lead our client relationships and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading communication with clients and providing exceptional customer service within your assigned portfolio.
  • Developing and growing relationships with all client stakeholders.
  • Maintaining client satisfaction through service levels and anticipating customer needs.
  • Onboarding new clients, presenting company documentation, and reporting.
  • Managing, communicating, and presenting project deliverables, timelines, expectations, goals, and milestones to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying and pursuing profitable growth opportunities in the existing client portfolio.
  • Collaborating with SEO & PPC teams to ensure cutting-edge SEO strategies and complementary campaigns across other search, PPC, and social channels.
  • Working with production and creative teams to provide an unbeatable experience and fantastic results to clients.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry changes and developments through ongoing training and education.
  • Championing company values, purpose, and vision internally and externally.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in Account Management, Client Services/Client Management in the digital marketing space.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Knowledge/experience in SEO, PPC, Social Media Advertising, and Web Builds.
  • A relationship builder who can quickly build rapport with various types of people.
  • The ability to understand and overcome challenges with clients.
  • Solutions-focused with a strong emphasis on outcomes.
  • Excitement about working in an always-changing and evolving industry.
  • Effectively managing multiple projects and collaborating with various teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • A positive and can-do attitude.

Additional Information

  • This position will reside within the Account Management team.
  • Candidates must be based in South Africa.
  • Working hours will follow Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
