**_Requirements: _**
- Requesting all the required documentation from customers or branches pertaining complaints: Signed job cards, tax invoices, supplier invoices, phone recordings, managers handover checklist, 62-point checks and all other relevant information
- Liaising with the clients and the branches and keeping customers up to date regarding their query lodged, hourly or daily as required
- Requesting phone recordings from Contron / IT company
- Resolving customer complaints
- Managing the special tool catalogue booking in and out process
- All Facebook and Hello Peter complaints need to be send to the branch and owner in order to give them a chance to resolve the complaint on their side first.
- Manage and update platforms daily: Magnitude, One on One sheet, Overall branch complaints sheet, reporting sheet
