National Sales Manager

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Matric with a related qualification
- 5-7 years of FMCG/food and beverage sales experience
- Experience with chain stores & wholesale markets, especially in product listing and resource management
- Willingness to travel, including overnight stays and international trips
- Own vehicle
**Responsibilities**:
- Use market data and trends to set ambitious sales goals.
- Review market challenges and adjust plans to overcome them.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and insightful reports for management.
- Track and analyze sales data to identify business strengths and areas for improvement.
- Manage sales budgets with precision.
- Develop and implement effective sales procedures and policies.
- Approve and manage large client contracts and business terms.
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members.
- Connect with potential business partners and clients to expand our reach.
- Create engaging presentations for business partners, executives, and shareholders.
- Conduct performance reviews and offer improvement strategies.
- Use incentives and sales drives to promote top-performing employees.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across the team.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve their goals.
